Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Our experience was ruined by false advertising regarding parking. We were misled about available parking on-site, only to find an expensive spot 200 meters away. Additionally, we were wrongly charged for an extra night due to their poor tracking. this situation left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

It was just a great fit for taking strolls in Merida with good value. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool area that had a nice vibe. Make sure to ask about parking in advance since it can be a hassle.

The boutique design of Casona Las Tres Marias was enchanting! The lush greenery and charming decor made it feel like a serene retreat. Even as a senior, I found the accessible layout made exploring so easy and enjoyable.

A pleasant stay with a clean and comfortable room that had big glass sliding doors, allowing me to enjoy the soft music from nearby cantinas. The staff provided excellent service, making my time enjoyable. However, the ground-floor rooms lack windows, which could be concerning for some, and more amenities would enhance the experience.

the towels were old and worn out. but the rooms were spacious and had big beds. the staff was super accommodating, and the location was quiet yet close to restaurants. loved the clean common areas! !

I had a lovely stay in a Junior Suite with a Private Pool, which offered a comfortable, quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Merida. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel at home. However, the breakfast could have been improved with more variety, as it was quite basic, just white bread and jam.

The hotel has a fantastic location near the city center, making everything easily accessible. Rooms were clean and spacious, but some amenities like towels and extra toiletries could be improved. The service could have been more welcoming, but the overall experience was enjoyable.
